AD500 OBD2 Scanner

Bought this since our shop has limited scanners. The cable is plenty long to use while driving, it has a lot of useful functions like Live Data, screenshot and screen recording. My favorite thing is didn't know about is access to Manufacturer TSBs. That feature alone has become valuable to me.

I’ve used a standard small handheld scanner like many others for years, they work but only do so much.. this scanner does everything I want it to and then some. The touchscreen is great the vast availability of vehicles is outstanding. Great product.

This thing is awesome. I've worked in shops before and used an autel and snap on scanners and this thing does everything they can for the same models. Very easy to use and figure out. Come with a manual to give you a run down on operation and does come with a charging cord but no adapter plug for that but it does charge while connected to a vehicle and I find that great. Truly did exceed my expectations by 2000%. If your looking for a great priced scanner with "shop" capabilities then this scanner is the way to go.

I've used fancy scanners in shops, but this one does it all for less. I fixed my car's issues without any help!

Works very well. Has lots of features that other obd2 scanners don’t. Live data is great for problem solving. It is wifi compatible so you can keep up to date.

I've only had this scanner for a couple of weeks, and haven't had a chance to test all the features, but the features I've tested so far are very impressive. It gives a full health report of the vehicle's systems, reading data from multiple modules, just like the professional scanners do. It provides a lot more information than my basic handhelds can give.

Updates are plentiful and free, but time will tell how well it is supported by the manufacturer in the future.

For the price point, I think this is the perfect scanner for the DIY mechanic. This is positioned in the middle between the cheap handhelds, and the professional mechanic level scanners. The next level would be a bi-directional scanner, costing $1000+.

Great to use for personal work on cars. I'm not a mechanic. I just work on my own vehicles and needed something better then a basic code reader but not spending a bunch of money. This worked perfectly and I was able to figure out my problems.

This device is very easy to use and much better than the other OBD's i've had in the past. It works on all our vehicles as well. I especially enjoy the automatic connection to a fix for the code that is set and provides more information than I had on my previous units. I would recommend this unit to backyard mechanics.

This is the bomb. Already paid for itself! Mechanic told me the injectors were done and needed replacement. Ran the diag, looked up the codes and it was just the spark plug cap pack on 2 cylinders. Replaced all plugs and cap packs @65 bucks. VS $1400 to have the mechanic replace the injectors. After clearing codes the rig runs like it is new again. Ran it on all of my autos and will keep up with what needs to be done from here on in.

This thing is the tits! Get one and save yourself from crooked mechanics and save some cash as well.

I like the ease of using it. Also I like how I can read SRS codes which is what I was after. Great product for the money.

So far I have no complaints seems to be useful and different occasions and more advance then my old scan tool.

I’ve been looking for a few months for the right scanner and this definitely was a good choice for the price. This product is worth it I did the throttle body relearn and it worked perfectly on my 2009 impala and 2010 Chrysler and 08 Silverado if your looking for a good scanner this is it don’t miss out get one today.
